  • Step 1: Book a free valuation
    One of our experts will visit your home to discuss the best level of marketing package to get you the best price. Due to the number of valuations we undertake, we have a thorough knowledge of property prices in the area and the ways in which local amenities - such as great schools, parks and excellent transport links - can a affect prices.
  • Step 2: Arrange your photo shoot
    We will arrange for a professional photographer to take high quality photos and produce an RICS compliant floor plan. Approve your sales particulars and we'll start marketing your home through our online portals, branch network and professional partners.
  • Step 3: Viewings take place
    Our skilled negotiators accompany prospective buyers to view your home and will check interested parties in terms of their chain and nancial arrangements. We will provide viewers' feedback the following morning with details of any next steps.
  • Step 4: Negotiating the best price
    Having met both you and the buyer in person, we'll have a complete understanding of everyone's situation. This puts us in the strongest possible position to negotiate the best possible price for you.
  • Step 5: Smooth sales progression
    Once an offer has been agreed, one of our sales progression managers will liaise with you and your solicitors. You'll receive weekly updates to ensure a successful and timely completion.

Are you different to a local estate agent?

Working alongside our corporate services and relocation departments, we can show your property to a wider audience than other estate agents.

What if I market my property with another estate agent?

What if we don't sell?
Hopefully this won't happen as we're experts in finding purchasers. However, if your property remains on the market longer than expected, we'll be in regular contact to help you review your options. How and when do I pay your fees?
